Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
- Drive pipeline generation and account strategy for the region
- Forecast revenue and manage relationships with channel partners and customers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business
- Experience managing and closing complex deals valued at $200K+ and above $1M
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in customer acquisition
