Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Channel Sales to lead and scale their Channel Sales team across the western region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire a high-performing team of channel-focused sellers while managing productivity metrics
  • Develop and execute regional channel strategies to drive partner-led revenue growth and new logo acquisition
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key channel partners and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
  • 3+ years of experience leading a channel sales team focused on new business growth
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders in new solution categories
  • Deep understanding of channel partner dynamics and experience managing executive-level relationships
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies applied in channel environments
