Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching through 1:1s, ride-alongs, and deal reviews to develop a diverse sales team
  • Drive pipeline creation across the Eastern region to ensure consistent growth and target achievement
  • Partner with Account Executives on complex, strategic deals to navigate multiple stakeholders and increase win rates
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Construction, AEC, or a directly adjacent vertical
  • Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more Account Executives in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years at the Director level
  • Track record of scaling a sales team or region effectively
  • Recent experience in coaching complex, value-based sales cycles lasting 3 to 6 months
  • Experience navigating the journey from a startup to a significant scaling chapter or acquisition
