Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director responsible for acquiring new clients in the residential real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative business-to-business sales and navigate the sales cycle
- Generate sales through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU sector
- Strong network and familiarity with the Dallas/Houston/Austin residential real estate market
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
- Technologically savvy and resourceful with a creative and analytical mindset
