Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director responsible for acquiring new clients in the residential real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative business-to-business sales and navigate the sales cycle
  • Generate sales through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU sector
  • Strong network and familiarity with the Dallas/Houston/Austin residential real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
  • Technologically savvy and resourceful with a creative and analytical mindset
