Job Summary
Regional Sales Director, responsible for managing a team of Field Account Executives to drive sales to Strategic accounts, develop account strategies, and oversee customer expansion in a full-time salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the territory
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including recruiting and enabling team members
- Participate in strategic planning and drive accurate team forecasting practices
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in sales management with a focus on closing complex Enterprise deals
- 5+ years of experience using Value Selling Methodologies and MEDDIC
- Proven track record in a sales-driven organization selling technology-related products and services
- Relevant domain experience in security, backup, cloud, and datacenter environments is preferred
- Experience closing competitive deals with healthcare organizations is a plus
