Job Summary
Regional Sales Director is a full-time position responsible for leading sales strategies and managing a team focused on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring, development, and management of a sales team
- Drive the development of sales strategies and manage the overall sales process
- Develop and negotiate software and services sales contracts while building relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in security software
- 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity
- US citizenship and possession of a US security clearance
- Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions
