Job Summary

Regional Sales Director is a full-time position responsible for leading sales strategies and managing a team focused on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee hiring, development, and management of a sales team
  • Drive the development of sales strategies and manage the overall sales process
  • Develop and negotiate software and services sales contracts while building relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in security software
  • 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity
  • US citizenship and possession of a US security clearance
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions
