Job Summary

Regional Sales Director, responsible for leading enterprise sales efforts across Japan in a full-time remote position, focusing on revenue growth, customer relationship development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise sales strategy and drive revenue growth initiatives across Japan
  • Manage regional sales targets and develop strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, particularly in complex SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets within the Japan market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English
