Job Summary
Leading sales initiatives in the Desert Region, the full-time Regional Sales Director will manage a team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic partnerships while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of related experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a Master's degree is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
