Job Summary
Driving sales excellence in the Carolinas and Georgia, the full-time Regional Sales Director will recruit and develop top-tier sales talent, understand customer needs, and create strategic plans to achieve business success while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development plans
- Understand and address customer pain points through Zscaler's value proposition
- Create and execute business plans, accurately forecasting sales performance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience in the software or security industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level
- Residency in or willingness to commute within Ohio
