Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of Senior Account Executives, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive new business for Workday's cloud solutions, managing complex sales cycles and mentoring staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive new business initiatives and sales growth within the assigned territory
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on executing complex sales strategies involving multiple internal teams
  • Position Workday as a preferred cloud partner, effectively navigating competitive legacy ERP solutions
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company with a focus on new business acquisition
  • 10+ years of experience as a field sales representative, particularly in cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners and alliances
  • Leadership experience in a team selling environment
