Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Regional Sales Director will be responsible for recruiting and developing sales talent, understanding customer pain points, and creating strategic plans to drive business success while working remotely in the Mountain West region.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent while coaching the sales team to exceed targets
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate Zscaler's unique value proposition to address them
  • Act as the executive sponsor for key partners, generating pipeline and driving opportunities to closure
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales leadership experience within the software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level
  • Residency in or willingness to commute within Ohio
