Job Summary
Leading a team of Senior Account Executives, the full-time remote Regional Sales Director will drive new business for Workday by managing complex sales cycles and mentoring sales professionals in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business initiatives and sales growth for Workday's solutions
- Lead and mentor a field sales team, orchestrating collaboration across internal teams
- Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a preferred cloud partner
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with 10+ years as a field sales representative
- Experience in selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
- Experience cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a team selling environment
