Job Summary
Leading a successful Sales Team, the full-time Regional Sales Director for North EMEA will drive territory growth, mentor Account Executives, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team in implementing sales methodologies and effectively using the CRM system
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
- Conduct regular business reviews and assess team performance to identify growth opportunities and assist in recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of overachievement in leading teams selling large deals in a hyper growth startup environment
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security
- Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks and their business impact
- Experience managing CRM and opportunity management systems
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
