Job Summary

Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Regional Sales Director will lead strategic sales efforts in a hybrid environment, focusing on healthcare and language solutions while managing client relationships and advancing opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to support revenue targets
  • Conduct needs analysis and discovery conversations to understand client challenges and objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9-12 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare services, or B2B sales
  • Proven success in quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships
  • Experience leading full-cycle sales (prospecting through close)
