Job Summary
Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Regional Sales Director will lead strategic sales efforts in a hybrid environment, focusing on healthcare and language solutions while managing client relationships and advancing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quota targets
- Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline to support revenue targets
- Conduct needs analysis and discovery conversations to understand client challenges and objectives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare services, or B2B sales
- Proven success in quota-carrying, revenue-generating sales roles
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships
- Experience leading full-cycle sales (prospecting through close)
