Job Summary

Leading a sales team of 4-6 Area Managers, the full-time Regional Sales Director will develop and implement sales strategies, set team goals, and drive revenue growth in the North MidAtlantic region, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and oversee the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA in a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in the wound care field, with 1-3 years in sales leadership roles
  • Preferred 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or tissue biologics sectors
  • Experience with skin substitutes is preferred
  • Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies
