Job Summary
Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive new business acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve bookings and pipeline generation objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Engage with key customers and partners to enhance market coverage and support customer retention efforts
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives
- Proven track record of exceeding bookings and growth targets in enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC and value-based selling
- Bachelor's degree required
