Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the Northeast region, the full-time Regional Sales Director will hire and manage a sales team, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with key clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and oversee a sales team of 4-6 Area Managers
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development initiatives
- Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in the wound care field
- 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors
- 1-3 years in sales leadership roles
- Experience with skin substitutes preferred
