Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive sales growth, manage operations, and contribute to the company's success in the North American market.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the North America regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Strategically oversee sales activities and track pipeline health to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent to expand subscriptions of educational video titles
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in EdTech, SaaS, or STEM publishing
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms
