Job Summary
To achieve annual sales goals and expand market share, the full-time Regional Sales Director will manage sales strategies, provide training for Rep Sales Engineers, and develop key relationships within a designated territory while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales budgets and develop relationships with key accounts and local authorities
- Monitor Rep targets weekly and communicate results to sales leadership, developing action plans as needed
- Conduct training and support for sales teams on product features and technical applications, primarily focusing on VRV systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of VRF sales management experience in a technical sales environment
- Proven experience managing a revenue budget of $5M to $10M
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in product selection software for VRV designs
- Ability to effectively negotiate agreements with customers and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
