Job Summary
Leading a team of Senior Account Executives, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive new business for Workday's solutions in a remote capacity, focusing on complex sales cycles and mentoring sales professionals to achieve revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a field sales team to effectively sell Workday solutions to existing customers
- Orchestrate internal teams to navigate complex sales cycles and drive new business initiatives
- Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a preferred cloud partner over legacy ERP solutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company focused on new business acquisition
- 8+ years of experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions and managing complex sales cycles
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a team selling environment
- Proven track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to position Workday solutions effectively
