Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Regional Sales Director to work remotely, this full-time position will focus on driving sales for fully and self-insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment, managing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner's offerings, targeting the 500-5,000 life segment
  • Expand and maintain advisor partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
  • Develop processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipelines
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
  • Health insurance experience is strongly preferred
  • Established broker relationships and experience selling in the market
  • Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate value propositions to stakeholders
