Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Regional Sales Director to work remotely, this full-time position will focus on driving sales for fully and self-insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment, managing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
Key responsibilities:
- Own revenue responsibilities for Garner's offerings, targeting the 500-5,000 life segment
- Expand and maintain advisor partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
- Develop processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipelines
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Health insurance experience is strongly preferred
- Established broker relationships and experience selling in the market
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Strong presentation skills to communicate value propositions to stakeholders
