Job Summary

Driving regional growth, the full-time Regional Sales Director - Mid-Market will establish sales strategies, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and ensure predictable revenue outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and execute strategic sales plans, balancing aggressive deal execution with structured pipeline management
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team, developing Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
  • Drive predictable revenue outcomes through rigorous pipeline inspection and hands-on leadership
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-performing quota-carrying teams in a mid-market sales environment
  • 6+ years of consistent quota-carrying experience selling complex B2B solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong command of modern sales strategy, including territory design and account segmentation
  • Fluency in CRM-driven sales management, preferably with HubSpot
