Job Summary
Driving regional growth, the full-time salaried Regional Sales Director - Enterprise will establish sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and partner with cross-functional teams to expand Tractian's footprint among enterprise industrial customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute strategic sales plans while managing pipeline and ensuring deal execution
- Build and lead a sales team, developing Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Drive predictable revenue outcomes through disciplined pipeline inspection and hands-on leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing quota-carrying teams in an enterprise sales environment
- 6+ years of consistent quota-carrying experience selling complex B2B solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting and execution
- Strong command of modern sales strategies, including territory design and account segmentation
- Fluency in CRM-driven sales management, preferably HubSpot, with a data-first mindset
