Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team of Senior Account Executives, the full-time remote Regional Sales Director will drive new business initiatives, manage complex sales cycles, and position Workday's cloud solutions as a preferred choice over legacy ERP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by leading a team focused on complex sales cycles
- Coach and mentor Senior Account Executives to enhance sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively position Workday solutions within strategic accounts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of field sales experience in a SaaS company, with a focus on new business acquisition
- Proven experience in selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with a successful revenue attainment track record
- Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Strong leadership experience in a team selling environment
