Job Summary

To drive new business sales, the full-time Regional Sales Director will establish consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual new business sales and net growth objectives through effective relationship management and sales processes
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships, conducting market analysis, and cold calling channel distributors
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for activity reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management, while providing monthly reports on metrics
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative sales experience is required
  • Proven ability to generate and analyze reports to enhance sales or customer experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in the complete MS Office Suite
