Job Summary
To drive new business sales in the Southwest region, the full-time remote Regional Sales Director will establish consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors, manage account pipelines, and contribute to sales planning and product development.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual new business sales and growth objectives while demonstrating value propositions to distribution partners
- Generate new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships
- Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting, forecasting, and managing sales activities while monitoring competition in the marketplace
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
- Consultative sales experience is required
- Experience in generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
- Proficiency in the complete MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle conflict with minimal oversight
