Job Summary

To drive new business sales in the Southwest region, the full-time remote Regional Sales Director will establish consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors, manage account pipelines, and contribute to sales planning and product development.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual new business sales and growth objectives while demonstrating value propositions to distribution partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting, forecasting, and managing sales activities while monitoring competition in the marketplace
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative sales experience is required
  • Experience in generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
  • Proficiency in the complete MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and handle conflict with minimal oversight
