Job Summary

Focused on driving regional sales growth, the full-time Regional Sales Director will create and execute territory plans, manage client relationships, and lead a virtual team to secure new sales opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities within target accounts while leading a virtual team
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to engage potential champions and sponsors
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive the regional sales plan and accurately forecast business objectives
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of full cycle enterprise sales experience, particularly in security or networking software
  • 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network
  • Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives with established regional contacts
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Strong listening skills and technical acumen to understand and communicate solutions effectively
