Job Summary

To expand market share and achieve annual sales goals, the full-time Regional Sales Director will work remotely from the Central US region, managing relationships with key accounts and providing sales and technical training to Rep Sales Engineers.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales budgets within a defined geographic territory while developing relationships with key accounts and local authorities
  • Monitor Rep targets weekly, communicate results to sales leadership, and develop action plans to meet customer development and sales targets
  • Conduct training and support for the Rep salesforce on product features, benefits, and technical applications, primarily focusing on VRV systems
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of VRF sales management experience in a technical sales environment
  • Proven ability to manage a revenue budget of $5M to $10M
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product selection software for VRV designs
  • Experience in consultative selling and building long-term sales opportunities
