Job Summary

Acquiring new clients in the Western US, the full-time Regional Sales Director will focus on building relationships with residential developers, property managers, and condominium board members through consultative business-to-business sales in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate sales through various mediums including cold calling, direct mail, and email campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers
  • Guide clients through the business-to-business sales cycle
Required qualifications
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU space
  • Strong network and experience in the Chicago residential real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Technologically savvy and resourceful
  • Experience with financial modeling is recommended, but not required
