Job Summary
Acquiring new clients in the Western US, the full-time Regional Sales Director will focus on building relationships with residential developers, property managers, and condominium board members through consultative business-to-business sales in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales through various mediums including cold calling, direct mail, and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with Building Decision Makers
- Guide clients through the business-to-business sales cycle
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in the Internet and MDU space
- Strong network and experience in the Chicago residential real estate market
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Technologically savvy and resourceful
- Experience with financial modeling is recommended, but not required
