Job Summary

Leading the sales efforts in the New England region, the full-time Regional Sales Director will build and manage high-performing sales teams, drive customer satisfaction, and execute strategic plans to enhance Zscaler's position in cloud security, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent while coaching the team to exceed targets
  • Identify and address customer pain points using Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Create and implement a business success plan, accurately forecasting sales performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
  • 5 - 8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in the software/SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
