Job Summary
Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive new business acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve bookings and pipeline generation objectives
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability
- Engage with key customers and partners to enhance market coverage and support customer retention efforts
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives
- Proven success in exceeding bookings and growth targets in enterprise sales
- Experience with CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled sales tools
- Bachelor's degree required
