Job Summary
Leading a successful Sales Team in Canada, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive sales methodologies, mentor Account Executives, and ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas while operating in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodologies and utilizing CRM systems effectively
- Provide mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
- Conduct periodic business reviews, assess team performance, and guide personal and professional development
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of overachievement in leading sales teams in a hyper-growth startup environment
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and data security, with a preference for candidates with a background in cloud security or AI sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and internal teams
- Experience in managing CRM and opportunity management systems
- Self-starter with a motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
