Job Summary
Leading a successful Sales Team in the Carolinas, the full-time Regional Sales Director will drive sales growth by mentoring Account Executives, implementing best practices, and ensuring the achievement of sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodologies and effectively utilizing the CRM system
- Provide mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
- Conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for team development
Required qualifications
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of overachievement in selling large deals in a hyper growth startup environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and internal teams
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security
- Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks
- Experience managing CRM systems and opportunity management processes
