Job Summary

Leading a diverse team of Regional Sales Managers, the full-time Remote Regional Sales Director will focus on recruiting top talent, developing business plans to exceed sales goals, and managing the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing while reporting to the VP of Sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the Bay area
  • Build a sales team and future sales leaders to drive new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Manage the sales process and maintain the sales ecosystem to consistently achieve ambitious quarterly and annual targets
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales performance
  • Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and successful large deal sales to Fortune 1000 enterprises
  • Background in SAAS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
