Job Summary

Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Regional Sales Director will manage complex enterprise deal cycles and drive pipeline growth across the Western U.S., working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets in the Western territory
  • Drive pipeline growth by collaborating with extended teams to generate leads and advance deals
  • Provide hands-on guidance through complex enterprise deal cycles from qualification to closure
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years in customer-facing IT services sales/account management, with 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing complex enterprise deal cycles and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline
  • Established domain expertise in managed infrastructure, data center, and cloud services sales
  • Located within the Western U.S. to effectively engage with key accounts
  • Strong command of sales methodologies and experience in strategic account planning
