Job Summary

To drive new business sales, the full-time remote Regional Sales Director will establish consultative partnerships with worksite and voluntary benefit distributors, manage sales processes, and leverage market intelligence to expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual new business sales and reenrollment objectives while demonstrating value to distribution partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting, forecasting, and managing sales activities while providing insights on competition
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
  • Consultative sales experience is required
  • Proven ability to generate and analyze reports to enhance sales or customer experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in the complete MS Office Suite
