Job Summary
Driven by a passion for healthcare, the remote Regional Sales Director - New Logo will build a pipeline of new health system clients, manage complex sales processes, and close deals while working independently in a defined territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound efforts and executive networking
- Conduct discovery and qualification processes to close deals with C-suite and operational leaders
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain honest communication regarding pipeline stages and challenges
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in enterprise software, platform, or analytics
- Proven track record of securing new-logo wins within large health systems
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, including engagement with C-suite and procurement
- Demonstrated success in quota attainment and recognition in sales performance (e.g., President's Club)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
