Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director in a remote, full-time role, who will manage and expand existing client relationships by selling new solutions into established health systems, treating each account like a territory and focusing on original prospecting and competitive processes.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve a growth quota based on net-new solution revenue across a portfolio of long-standing clients
- Develop a self-sourced pipeline by identifying new departments and executives within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Client Success to ensure account health and drive expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically in enterprise software, platform, or analytics
- Proven track record of expansion wins that resemble new-logo wins
- Experience in originating deals independently, not relying on client success or renewals
- Strong understanding of C-Suite dynamics, including security, legal, and procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
