Job Summary
Leading a remote team of Regional Sales Managers, the full-time Regional Sales Director, Australia will focus on recruiting top talent, driving new logo acquisition, and expanding existing accounts to consistently exceed ambitious sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across Australia and New Zealand
- Develop and implement a business plan to overachieve sales targets
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing deals
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams
- Proven success in scaling and growing sales teams in Australia and New Zealand
- Demonstrated track record of annual overachievement in sales
- Experience with SAAS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises
