Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Pursuit & Capture for Federal Government role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, win-strategy development, and business acumen to develop strategies for business development
  • Lead all aspects of opportunity capture from deal qualification to proposal delivery
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare, present, and mature opportunities through an acquisition framework

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Management experience leading teams focused on defense, civilian, and intelligence community
  • 10+ years of strategic capture, proposal development, or contract management experience in federal, state, and local government markets
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
  • Demonstrable success leading and winning captures in the public sector marketspace
