Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Pursuit & Capture for Federal Government role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate critical thinking, win-strategy development, and business acumen to develop strategies for business development
- Lead all aspects of opportunity capture from deal qualification to proposal delivery
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare, present, and mature opportunities through an acquisition framework
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Management experience leading teams focused on defense, civilian, and intelligence community
- 10+ years of strategic capture, proposal development, or contract management experience in federal, state, and local government markets
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
- Demonstrable success leading and winning captures in the public sector marketspace
