Job Summary

Leading a team of Senior Account Executives in a full-time remote role, the Regional Sales Director, Financial Services will drive new business for Workday by managing complex sales cycles and mentoring sales staff in the Financial Services sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new business initiatives and manage the sales process for strategic accounts
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on orchestrating internal resources for successful sales outcomes
  • Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday as a preferred cloud partner against legacy ERP solutions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company focused on new business acquisition, with an additional 10+ years as a field sales representative
  • Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions and managing complex sales cycles
  • Proven track record of successful revenue attainment and quota achievement
  • Experience cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
  • Background in selling to Financial Services accounts
