Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Unified GTM Execution by partnering with Core HCM and Financials sellers to maximize pipeline
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Sales Specialists focused on Global Payroll solutions
  • Guide complex enterprise sales motions by promoting the benefits of Workday GO
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, product, or pre-sales roles selling to C-Level executives
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
  • 5+ years selling enterprise payroll, global employment (EOR), or HR SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with a record of quota attainment
  • Deep understanding of distributed workforce solutions and multi-country compliance
