Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive, Class Actions Mass Torts Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage territory to develop full revenue potential and achieve sales targets
  • Identify and convert potential new accounts while managing existing accounts to maximize revenue
  • Maintain organized records of sales progress and customer data in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the Class Action Mass Tort practice area
  • Experience selling software or services to law firms
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Existing relationships with class action and/or mass tort law firms
  • Knowledge of class action/mass tort litigation processes and discovery needs
