Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive, Class Actions Mass Torts Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory to develop full revenue potential and achieve sales targets
- Identify and convert potential new accounts while managing existing accounts to maximize revenue
- Maintain organized records of sales progress and customer data in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the Class Action Mass Tort practice area
- Experience selling software or services to law firms
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Existing relationships with class action and/or mass tort law firms
- Knowledge of class action/mass tort litigation processes and discovery needs
