Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Lead, Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-12 Account Executives, focusing on professional development and performance accountability
  • Own the regional revenue target by identifying high-value enterprise opportunities and driving new pipeline growth
  • Deep-dive into the B2B model and continuously iterate on sales playbooks and team infrastructure to enhance the sales cycle


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Sales, with 3+ years of direct people management experience and a proven track record of hitting $5M+ annual quotas
  • Proficient in CRMs, preferably HubSpot, with a strong inclination towards automation and leveraging AI tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a preference for building playbooks
  • Strong analytical skills to identify deal stagnation through dashboard metrics
  • Exceptional presence in communication, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and team members effectively
