Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Leader to drive growth across the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Shape and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, building relationships with senior sales and services leaders
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and business insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sales
- Experience in motivating teams to win new business and expand revenue
- Familiarity with cloud modernization and hybrid infrastructure complexities
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
