Job Summary

A company is looking for a Division Manager to lead sales efforts in the Credit Card Processing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Client Executives and Territory Managers
• Train and develop direct reports while identifying new business opportunities
• Maintain client records in CRM and assist with the sales cycle and closing deals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent B2B cold calling and closing experience
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in the Merchant Processing industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and interviewing team members
• Proven track record in outside sales with a history of exceeding sales goals
