Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales management role
• Engineering or technical background in the process industry is required; an engineering degree is preferred
• Experience with ball valves and actuators is advantageous
• Ability to manage sales processes, negotiations, and market analysis
• Strong organizational skills and high emotional intelligence
