Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes annual plans for profitability, sales, and employee development in collaboration with leadership
• Promotes a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners
• Manages Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales objectives and maintain accurate records in CRM software

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 10 or more years of experience in sales management (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience is required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
