Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market who will be responsible for scaling sales results in a large market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities of the sales team, including prospecting, funnel management, and forecasting
  • Lead a team to accelerate performance through key activities and coaching
  • Collaborate with other leaders to drive strategy and align team objectives with company goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven success managing a team with a quota of $2M+
  • Experience in scaling outbound sourced ARR and exceeding revenue objectives
  • Intermediate business acumen with a strong understanding of forecasting and budget management
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
