Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, West.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a network of boutique broker partners to align with strategic priorities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive distribution and brand presence
- Oversee annual planning with broker-managed accounts, including forecasting and trade spend allocation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the CPG industry, with at least 2 years managing broker networks
- Experience with natural channel retailers and distributors required
- Prior experience in the supplement and wellness industry is a must
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving business growth
